Tonight’s programme: Annual General Meeting of Norwich Opera Club followed by a screening of Monteverdi’s Orfeo (DVD presented by Kay Sanderson).

Norwich Opera Club is a sociable, informal gathering of opera enthusiasts. The Club doesn’t produce performances, so you don’t need to be able to sing. 

You may want to learn more, you may want to share your expertise or you may simply want to sit back and enjoy some beautiful music and performances on CD and DVD with like-minded friends. 

Norwich Opera Club meets every other Thursday at 7:00pm at the Assembly House, Norwich to listen to or watch operas familiar or unusual, with a half-hour break for chat and refreshments.

• Membership: £20 per year, plus £3.50 per evening 
• Visitors (after first free visit): £5 per evening
